Six ingredients that are good for us
The Fruit d’Or Gourmet recipe is made from six ingredients (plus salt for “sea salt”). It is a combination of 79% non-hydrogenated vegetable oils. (sunflower, rapeseed, coco), of water, a natural emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), a preparation based on “snap” bean proteins, a natural coloring (the beta- carotene) and natural flavors to obtain its taste. It combines the natural properties of each vegetable oil, rich in Omega 3, vitamins E, supplemented with vitamins A and D. As a reminder, Omega 3 are so-called essential fatty acids, that is to say, our body does not know how to make them. It is therefore the diet which must provide them. Consuming Omega 3 and 6 is essential for the proper functioning of the body and contributes to the good maintenance of the heart and a good nutritional balance.. On the other hand, Fruit d’Or Gourmet contains less saturated fatty acids (48 %) than an animal fat (57 %).
