Less than 3,000 very small companies (TPE) and home employees took part in the elections intended for them, From November 25 to December 9, 2024, or a participation rate of less than 4 %.
The results of the ballot were proclaimed on December 26. The CGTR comes first, with 28,7 % of the vote, in front of Force Ouvrière (18 %), l'What (15 %) and the CFDT (14,4 %). No other union organization exceeds 10%. With this vote, VSE employees and home workers were able to choose the union organization that will represent them, particularly during branch negotiations, these next four years.
