Already 33 ecological transition structures listed in Reunion : ESS France, the French Chamber of the Social and Solidarity Economy, launches a national campaign to reference citizen solutions on the platform.
Waste management, agriculture durable, responsible digital… there are numerous initiatives supported by the ESS, but their diversity sometimes remains unknown. To structure this offer and make it visible to decision-makers, ESS France launches a major call for a census on Carteco. Goal : make this interactive map a reference tool for the ecological transition in the territories. By centralizing this data, ESS France intends to demonstrate that the solidarity alternative is not a utopia but indeed an economic reality already anchored in the territories. Be referenced, it is in fact making oneself identifiable by local authorities to more easily access public procurement, particularly in markets incorporating environmental clauses. It is also a way to break isolation by facilitating territorial cooperation. : the tool makes it possible to create local synergies between complementary actors, and also to develop new economic partners.
Mobilization on all fronts
The call is launched to the entire ecosystem : structures, networks and communities are invited to enrich the collaborative platform. This census campaign also wants to prove that the ESS does not act on the margins, but is already structuring sectors of the future. SEO thus targets seven strategic pillars covering almost the entire spectrum of transition. : resource and waste management, sustainable agriculture and food, sustainable building, responsible mobility, education and protection of nature, responsible digital, support for ecological transformation.
