Created in 1982, Franchise Expo Paris has established itself, over the years, as the fundamental event of the franchise on the French and international scene. Designed as an entrepreneur’s toolbox, the show aims to connect project leaders looking for new challenges and brands in development, in order to build common projects. In March, they will find the entire ecosystem of business creation and will be able to draw on the experience and advice of franchisees and franchisors of more than 500 brands., notably thanks to the multiple conferences and round tables organized.

The Snack Show returns to celebrate innovation and creativity in the world of snacking. This 26th edition promises to be rich in new features, competitions and discoveries, with expanded thematic areas and unmissable highlights for professionals in the sector. This year, the show highlights two major new features, in line with consumer expectations and market dynamics. The Parizza zone deviant Parizza+Gusto, expanding its offering well beyond pizza to cover all Italian snacking trends : pasta, charcuterie, prepared meals, sugar, drinks and pinsa. This development responds to a booming market and the growing demand for varied and quality Italian substitute products.. Visitors will discover a complete universe with masterclass, cooking show and tastings, as well as the presence of I Love Italian Food over the two days with more than 30 Italian producers. The big names in the sector will be present to present their latest innovations. On the other hand, the show inaugurates The Coffee Place, a space intended for market-leading roasters and equipment manufacturers. The coffee, consumed daily by 81% of French people, has become a key lever for enriching the fast food offering and reaching new consumers. Visitors will be able to discover the latest recipe innovations, formats and customization. Big news for 2026 : the show will host the French Barista Championship, organized by the Specialty Coffee Association.
