Yvann Payet, son of Yvon Payet, the founder of Hyper Jardin, recently presented an ambitious green land project on 9 hectares in Cambaie. The idea : “Create a vast agricultural space, transformed with respect for nature and biodiversity into a socially inclusive third place and generator of societal innovations. » The existing nursery will become accessible to all, and its vocation will be to discover hundreds of varieties of plants available for sale, along a laid out route. This sharing place will also offer services, shops, relaxation and leisure spaces for families. Spaces will also be offered for rental, educational and practical support offered to schoolchildren and plant and well-being enthusiasts and an exclusive nursery reserved for professionals. Called Phytam, the project will bring together 46,740 m2 of green spaces, 4,800 m2 of ecological water management spaces, 1,000 trees and shrubs replanted, a tropical plant school in higher education, educational green classes for children and gardening workshops for the general public… It should generate 110 recruitments. Opening hoped for mid-2025.
