The city of Saint-Denis has chosen the Marmailles City project, carried by Théo Granado, Manager in the Kangaroo Kids and Get Out franchise meeting !, To occupy the last long -term available from the old bus station, On Boulevard Lancastel.
Extending over 665 m², Marmailles City has been thought of as a place of life for children, with the creation of a “minicity including a fire station, a construction zone, a garage, a hospital with its nursery, a grocery store and a hair salon”. This place will also offer educational and fun activities for children., relaxation and play areas for families, local services, as well as thematic events. Its opening is scheduled for May 2026 and should create around fifteen jobs. A first farmhouse at the old station was allocated to the V and B brand in 2022 and a second, early 2025, to the L’Escale project (diversified activities : fishmonger, bar, coworking, wellness area).
