Awarded by the ChooseMyCompany platform, the HappyTrainees label promotes companies offering their interns and work-study students quality professional experience.
E.Leclerc Réunion is the first Reunion company to obtain this label : 93,2% of apprentices recommend the brand to work there. HappyTrainees is based on an online questionnaire (carried out in June 2025), where interns and work-study students rate their experience on six key dimensions : professional progression, management, work environment, pride, motivation and pleasure. More than half of the interns and apprentices welcomed at E.Leclerc responded to the survey*. “It is a source of great pride for us and our teams and above all proof of our commitment to young Reunion Islanders., assure Pascal Thiaw Kine, president of the E.Leclerc Réunion Movement. Obtaining the label also testifies to the success of our tutors in their support mission.. They fully contribute to the development of the young people we welcome. »
