The business climate indicator measured by the Issuing Institute of Overseas Departments with a panel of local companies has increased by 2,3 points in the 4th quarter of 2025 to reach 100,5, slightly above the long-term average for the first time in two years.
The business leaders interviewed note a renewed dynamism in their activity and declare that they are increasing their number of employees.. For the first time in a year, sales prices are increasing. However, management balances remain poorly oriented : payment terms are getting longer, and cash flow deteriorates compared to the previous quarter. otherwise, business leaders remain pessimistic regarding business volume and management balances for the 1st quarter of 2026 : they report slightly decreasing order books, despite intentions to invest in a clear recovery.
