After transforming its ranges for partitions, creeping and lost attics, the insulation specialist Isover continues the deployment of Lanaé, its new generation of glass wool, to its GR 32 range, dedicated to insulating walls from the inside.

Created in 1984 under the name Panolène GR, GR 32 has become a must for interior wall insulation, a reference product for all craftsmen. Today, thanks to its new formulation in Lanaé, the GR 32 retains all its qualities while reaching a milestone in terms of softness and comfort of installation. This development indeed brings new installation comfort, while preserving what makes the product famous : excellent mechanical strength, high thermal and acoustic performance. Made in France with on average 50% and up to 80% recycled glass, GR 32 is now softer to the touch and made with a biosourced binder. Already available for sale in 140 mm and 160 mm thicknesses, it will be available across the entire range in 2026.
An innovation
Regarding regulations and safety, GR 32 Lanaé ensures fire resistance of 30 minutes (REI 30) or 60 minutes (REI 60) depending on the facing. Logistics side, the GR 32 roll is compressed up to 80% of its volume, allowing storage space to be divided by five for transport and on the construction site. Installation side, It is above all its excellent mechanical strength which makes it a quick product to install. : only one craftsman can install the insulation, because the roller stands up. The products available in Lanaé have an environmental and health declaration form. (FDES) verified by a third party, which describes their environmental impact at each stage of their life cycle.
