The new Founder Reunion formula will soon celebrate its two years of existence. In the news of these two years, one thing in particular stands out : the growing place taken by subjects relating to corporate social responsibility, CSR. CSR-related actions are underway, gradually, to take center stage. If the economic purpose of the company its activity, son business, its turnover, its profit, his investments, its capacity for innovation, etc. remains what makes it live, actions relating to CSR increasingly contribute to defining it. This is a fundamental trend, accelerated by the climatic context, required by the ecological transition, which is also expressed by the notion of a company with a mission. A company will have to define itself in relation to what it brings to society. The European Community is pushing in this direction and national regulations are preparing to generalize the collection of extra-financial data (le reporting RSE) as part of companies’ reporting procedures.

If I talk about it, it’s because Michel Lapeyre, Director Africa-Middle East-Maghreb-Indian Ocean of GBH, confirmed, in the interview he gave us, to what extent these subjects are becoming an issue in economic competition.
