LXIR flavored tablets, to dissolve in water, transform the way we drink on a daily basis.
Founded in 2022 by Aloys Piganeau and Guillaume Schegg, two graduates from the Lyon management school (EM Lyon), In just a few years, LXIR has established itself as an emerging benchmark for well-being. The brand has already sold more than a million tablets, attracts a community of more than 10,000 people on social networks and is now present in more than 450 partner pharmacies. The team was recently strengthened with two recognized experts : Frédéric Leblan, former financial director of the Danone group, and Alexandra de Sars, historical partner of La Rosée Cosmétiques. In October 2025, Sissy Mua and Tini, entrepreneurs and emblematic figures of fitness and well-being in France, joined the capital of LXIR.
Make you want to drink water
Like the rehydration tablets which are flooding the market and loading the water with electrolytes and minerals, LXIR chooses to tackle the problem differently : make water tastier, without overloading it unnecessarily.
After two years of research and development, the brand has imagined flavored waters in tablets, developed with a perfumer from Grasse recognized for his know-how in the art of natural aromas. The pastilles can be enjoyed equally diluted in cold or hot water., according to desires and times of day. Citron, strawberry, fishing, blueberry, mint, melon, verbena, yuzu or ginger : the palette of flavors has been designed to renew the hydration experience. Water flavoring tablets are healthy, sugar free and low in calories. LXIR lozenges are rich in vitamins B and C and are certified food supplement by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
Fewer plastic bottles
“Many people want to give up soda but find water too bland. LXIR was born from this simple idea : if the water tasted good, we would all drink more. Water is no longer a forced reflex, but becomes a gesture of pleasure, integrated into daily life, in the gym or in the office”, observe Aloys Piganeau, co-founder of LXIR. A responsible gesture too. With its tablets to be diluted in 750 ml of tap water, LXIR is a solution to reduce the use of plastic bottles. Made near Saint-Étienne, they have also been designed to limit the environmental impact : in a small bag, twelve tablets make it possible to prepare nine liters of drink, to enjoy in a reusable bottle. Consumers thus reduce both their plastic footprint and carbon emissions linked to water transport..
