Fame for his Breton brand Celtic Whiskey Distillery, Maison Villevert strengthens its anchoring on the international whiskey market by welcoming three new whiskeys in its portfolio : The Scottish Bladnoch, The American courage & Conviction and the Japanese Onikishi.
For several years, Maison Villevert asserts its legitimacy in the whiskey market by building a portfolio of iconic brands. A natural and strategic evolution, driven by the ambition to meet the growing demands of the markets, while affirming the singularity of its approach and the coherence of its offer, based on mastery of origins, the move upmarket of its portfolio and a continuous quest for differentiation. After asserting its know-how with Celtic Whiskey Distillerie, multiple award-winning proprietary brand, consolidated its presence with McConnell’s Irish Whiskey and accompanied the influence of House of McCallum, Maison Villevert continues its development with the integration of three references from Scotland, from the United States and Japan. Bladnoch is a Scottish distillery that embodies historical know-how combined with a contemporary vision. Courage & Conviction is an American single malt that reflects the values of Maison Villevert with a strong anchoring in craftsmanship and terroir. Finally, Onikishi is a Japanese whiskey inspired by the samurai tradition, mixing power, precision and refinement in a cultural approach.
Spirits anchored in their territories
In a context where whiskey is establishing itself as one of the most dynamic categories in the world of spirits, driven by constantly evolving demand, expectations are transformed, palates are becoming more refined and the origin of products is becoming an essential criterion for consumers. Faced with this development, Maison Villevert intends to provide “a renewed and demanding reading of the category, thanks to authentic spirits, singular, anchored in their territory and closely linked to their culture of origin”. For Maison Villevert, the arrival of these three new gems illustrates the attractiveness of the group, its agility and ability to convince new partners, thanks to the legitimacy acquired by its recognized know-how and experience in building brands on the French market. The company founded by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet twenty-four years ago thus reaffirms its status as an independent player in the world of premium spirits..
