The first tastes of success
Six first La Molisana references are available locally out of more than a hundred manufactured. Among them, the Rigacuore, sort of rigatoni with heart-shaped ends, is unique in the world and has won the prestigious Italian Leonardo quality and industrial design award. Also remarkable, the real Dry Potato Gnocchi, with a shelf life of 20 months thanks to a patented vacuum canning process. These pastes are a real success with Reunion consumers..
