The government announced at the end of January an increase of 1,000 euros in the ecological bonus enjoyed by buyers of an electric vehicle., hybrid or hydrogen in overseas territories. Individuals, but also businesses and local authorities are affected by this boost, intended to partially compensate for the high prices of these vehicles in overseas territories.
From now on, the bonuses reach 8,000 euros for an individual and 6,000 euros for a professional who buys a new electric vehicle for less than 45,000 euros (4 000 euros, in both cases, if the vehicle price is between 45,000 and 60,000 euros). The bonus amounts to 3,000 euros for the acquisition of a plug-in hybrid vehicle costing less than 50,000 euros, in the range in electric mode is greater than 50 kilometers.
