La BAD soutient les projets électriques.La Banque Africaine de Développement a octroyé fin décembre à Madagascar un prêt de 42,9 millions de dollars destinés à financer le renforcement du réseau électrique du pays. Graphite : a second unit for the Tirupati Indian
