The company transported 1,16 million passengers in total and notes an increase in freight traffic of 9% with 14,100 tonnes transported over the financial year. The net result for the year, however, remains in the red, at -11 million euros. Air Austral hopes to return to a positive net result at the end of the 2025-2026 financial year and then sustain this profitability over time., the two other major objectives of Hugues Marchessaux.
