On March 19, the SHLMR invited Sodegis and Sedre to economic meetings bringing together more than 200 construction companies., institutional partners and social housing stakeholders.
Goal : give visibility to companies in future markets, strengthen synergies between donors and partners, and support the local sector. This event allowed participants to benefit from advice and discussions on calls for tenders, financial issues, payments or ethics. SHLMR purchasing planning, of Sedre and Sodegis representing more than 400 million euros over the next two years. In details, the SHLMR plans 260 million euros in purchases, including 186 million in public order. 700 housing units are to be started, including 147 contracts for a total amount of 51,2 million euros in 2025. The rehabilitation work will represent 10,6 million euros, divided into 19 markets, maintenance and operation of assets 46 markets for 27,8 millions. Will be added 4,1 million for the maintenance and cleaning of common areas and 6,1 million for the support function. For its part, Sodegis plans to launch 127 new production and rehabilitation markets., for a minimum forecast budget of 40,2 millions. At the Sedre, 193 markets are planned for a total of 168 million, including 119 for real estate development, 30 for development and 19 for rehabilitation and maintenance.
