Enchantment and fantasy for Christmas with Nestlé

Nestlé Réunion intends to create magic in stores at the end of 2021. At the end of a difficult year, the new collection of Nestlé Christmas chocolates celebrates the joy of living and shared pleasures with essential classics and new exclusive creations.

In addition to its sure and essential classic values, Nestlé’s offer for Christmas 2021 relies more than ever on the creativity of its pillar brands, Smarties, After Eight, Quality Street et Lanvin, in order to be able to meet all needs. This year, Advent calendars are once again establishing themselves as a key segment. The fourth fastest growing Christmas segment. This has been a fundamental trend for the last five years.. Nestlé plays one of the leading roles in the development of this segment. This will be the case again this year with a Nestlé multi-brand calendar offering which has a new look : new composition, new products, with more diversity of small moldings and a new chocolate discovery box after box !

A new calendar offer
In the new offer new calendars, Galak and its white chocolate shell with a milk confectionery heart gives white chocolate the gourmet place it deserves. On the Kit Kat calendar, we will find all the crunchiness of the wafer inclusions in several individually wrapped milk chocolate formats. Smarties also enriches the diversity of its Advent calendar with milk chocolate bars containing Smarties inclusions., with boxes of mini Smarties, as well as stuffed bites and fondants. The Workshop Recipes are always just as tasty. As for the After Eight, they have slipped into the boxes of Dark Chocolate Mint Heart Confectioneries in forms that take us to England with the London Eye, double-decker buses, Big Ben…

For children, mini figurines to share
Demand for family confectionery is exploding. To meet this need to share with children, Nestlé offers three new confectionery references under the Smarties brands, Kit Kat et Galak. For adults, Nestlé develops specialties with its leading references in snails, truffles and mints. Lanvin snails remain the Christmas essentials, the iconic reference with a praline heart which dominates the Escargot segment. New 2021 : the box of Lanvin snails to offer, more formal than the big ballotin, contains even more variety to satisfy all tastes. Four snail recipes are brought together in the same format in this ideal flat box (362 g) to offer and share at holiday meals. In 2021, Nestlé rolls out a complete range of gourmet truffles under the Nestlé Dessert and Recettes de l’Atelier brands. Truffles that will delight fans of very cocoa-filled offerings with a ganache surrounded by cocoa powder, a melting praline base surrounded by inclusions of hazelnuts and cocoa beans. On his side, After Eight recrute, alongside its senior customers, younger targets via scented varieties. Mojito : reminder that the number one cocktail is prepared with mint. Strawberry : a more classic combination of dark chocolate and red fruit. Quality Street happiness boxes are also back. The ultimate festive assortment is available in its featured formats : in a 265 g box, in the famous 480 g metal box and in a maxi 900 g iron box.

Make the assortments sparkle again
Workshop Recipes, Lanvin and La Boite Rouge are mobilized to restore shine to the assortments in 2021. The Cocoa Plan Nestlé
Leading cocoa buyer in the world, Nestlé has been committed for more than 10 years to supporting cocoa farmers towards more sustainable and profitable farms.. The objective is to obtain good quality sustainable cocoa ensuring traceability from the supply chain to the farmer. The Nestlé Cocoa Plan helps improve the living conditions of cocoa farmers. More than 500,000 farmers have been trained in this framework in responsible and more efficient agricultural practices since 2009. The plan includes the distribution of better quality cocoa plants and shade trees (avoiding deforestation). It also includes a program to combat deforestation. Changing production and living conditions also involves improving water supply and sanitation.. Another essential aspect concerns the active fight against child labor : 45 schools were built in Ivory Coast between 2012 and 2018 as part of the Nestlé Cocoa Plan.
