C9, the new concept of Weldom

After four months of renovation work, the Weldom stores in Savanna and Saint-Leu inaugurated the new redesigned concept in October and December, called C9, that the brand deploys. Goal : give the offer more modularity to better adapt it to the needs of its customers.

From shelves to universes by projects
The C9 concept thus disrupts the order of the departments by installing universes by projects. The fundamentals (paintings, tools, hardware store, etc.) are complemented by additional ranges in the field of flooring, storage and lighting. The store concept is intended to be modular, giving each customer the opportunity to create a personal journey while benefiting from a friendly welcome. With store areas ranging from 400 to 4,000 m2, C9 allows the point of sale to be adjusted to the reality of each catchment area and to offer offers and solutions that meet the needs of residents as closely as possible., details Tristan Boyer, director of the Weldom store in Savanna. Rediscover the spirit of hardware
The decoration of the store evolves accordingly with simple codes, from the world of DIY : wooden furniture for conviviality and a warm appearance, low counters in the spirit of old-fashioned hardware, kraft that slips onto the shelves to evoke CSR commitment. Weldom also offers a recovery service for used recyclable products. (ampoules, piles, electrical appliances and soon paints). After Savanna, this concept implemented in Reunion Island with the help of Weldom France was deployed in December in the Saint-Leu store.
