After the launch in 2020 of its new signature “Act every day in your interest and that of society” via a tribute to those who advance the collective, each in their own way, this time it is more particularly to young people that the bank has chosen to show its support. Always to the rhythm of the title “Formidable” by Charles Aznavour, this time they are an apprentice cook, a high school student, a student and a young market gardener who are featured in the brand's new film. The film was shot in mainland France in compliance with health standards, and, has been broadcast in Reunion on TV and online since March 15, 2021. To support youth employment, Crédit Agricole de La Réunion recently launched www.youzful-by-ca.fr, a digital platform dedicated to employment and guidance. For this new year 2021, l’initiative « 1er Stage, 1st Job” becomes thus “Youzful // Job Dating”. After three years of effectiveness and more than 300 events organized across France, the initiative is reinventing itself by integrating the Crédit Agricole platform. A device that is still just as effective, since 88% of companies wanted to start recruiting after e-Job Dating. The first e-Job Dating new formula took place on Tuesday April 13 with positions based throughout Reunion. The bank has, as for her, welcomed 22 interns last year, 41 work-study students and set up a new diploma course, the nationally recognized DIFCAM banking bachelor’s degree. It also launched a remote recruitment tool : wizbii connected.course Finally, the Crédit Agricole Talents Gourmands competition, organized by the Bottin Gourmand, aims to promote producers, artisans and cooks. It promotes values of attachment to the territory, dynamism and innovation. The winners, among 34 candidates who applied for the Réunion and Mayotte 2021 competition, were unveiled on April 1 at the Lux Hotel.
