Reunion Island has seen a trend increase in delinquency since 2022, including a sharp increase in burglaries : 886 made in 2024, +23,1% compared to 2023. Other risks of daily life are also worrying : nearly 200 domestic fires and 300 domestic accidents are recorded each year. They represent the leading cause of death among children under six years old. To combat these risks, each of the two partners mobilizes its expertise to offer efficient connected security solutions adapted to the territory. Verisure carries out all the remote activities that make its reputation : remote monitoring, service client, quality or marketing. Zeop, expert in telecommunications and key local player in optical fiber and mobile, ensures the marketing of offers, as well as the installation and maintenance of equipment at customers’ premises. A dedicated local team
To support this launch, a team of security experts (ES) premises was established. These employees are trained by Verisure in home sales, installing equipment and resolving technical issues, according to the same quality and exacting standards that have made the company famous. This training also aims to enforce consumer protection standards., personal data, competition and safety at work.
Offers at the same prices as in mainland France
Offers for individuals and professionals will be offered with price scales identical to those in France. A choice to guarantee everyone equitable access to security, without additional costs linked to insularity. Verisure, accompanied by Zeop, also met with local authorities : police, gendarmerie, SAMU and firefighters, in order to develop a relationship of trust which will allow you to benefit from rapid intervention in the event of a triggering.
